Cate is 10 months old!

Cate is now 10 months old and just the sweetest baby!  She's always smiling and loves to be held.  She enjoys playing with Matthew & Claire and they love that she follows them around and tries to do what they do.  She's started standing up holding on to the furniture or our legs so it won't be long until she's walking.  She loves to give hugs and climb all over us when we play with her in the family room.  All the girls that work at the YMCA Child Watch comment on how cuddly she is.

Cate's favorite thing to do is wave to everyone.  On our trips to the grocery store she sits in the seat of the cart and waves like she's on a parade float.  Everytime we pass someone she waves right at them!  Cate can say a few words, "Dada", "Mama", "Dog" "Go, go go".  She can pat-a-cake and give a high five.  She crawls everywhere, even behind the couch when the twins coax her back there. 

Cate enjoys all kinds of baby foods and we have been trying out a few "grown up foods" in the last few weeks.  She has had pieces of scrambled egg, bread, chicken and some veggies & fruits.  She loves her puffs and is a professional with her pincher grasp.  Her latest project is trying to learn how to get milk or water out of the twins sippy straw cups.
